Selections happen once a month until September — we’re looking forward to what’s ahead.
Below is a reminder of Steps 2, 3, and 4 to guide you forward.
Our Process
Shortlist
Outcomes of the selection process will be made within two weeks after each monthly selection
Payment of stall fees to commence when approval is received.
Max 3 downpayments of stall fees will be allowed.
Non-payment of stall fees within the allocated time will result in the cancellation of your participation.
The decision of the selection committee is final
Set-up/Break-Down
Exhibitors must be available on Monday, 24 November to set-up
Exhibitors must be available on Monday, 8 December to pack-up
Exhibitors from far that courier their products must ensure:
- Products arrive no later than Monday, 24 November
- Include a photograph of how the stall must be set-up
- Supply an inventory list of items supplied
- Collections of courier items after the market may be arranged for the Tuesday after the closure of the market
Reconciliation
KWO aims to complete refund processing within three weeks following the conclusion of the Nickel Christmas Market. No preferences will be given, and the necessary arrangements must be made by the exhibitor for other commitments they have.
